PEARLS OF WISDOM

The idea behind the group is to pull together a group of entrepreneurial women from within BPW Malmö with different backgrounds and skill-sets and a global perspective to share wisdom, bounce ideas, create an environment of support, and of course have some fun. The group should be 8-10 participants and no more than two from the same core expertise.  The group will meet for lunch every other month.

Prior to gathering, each participant is required to a little "homework" in order to make the meeting more productive.  Each "Pearl" (Individual) must submit the following two things for their "Strand's" (the group) booklet:

• Brief bio stating your background, areas of expertise and interest
• Description of your current business(es)
• Prior to the first meeting the "Connector" (the co-ordinator that sets gathering location and date and sends invitation to other pearls in their  strand):
• A particular issue, challenge not in your core expertise that you would like to get feedback or recommendations from peers on.
